SES announces new Honorary Treasurer

The SES is delighted to announce that Steve Peckham has joined the Society as Honorary Treasurer.

Steve qualified as a chartered accountant in 1984 and spent 12 years with KPMG in various offices. On leaving he spent a short-time heading EMI's international audit team before becoming finance director of their South African business in 1996. After that he held various finance director roles in Virgin's Megastore and cinema groups. In 2007 he led the buyout of Virgin Megastores UK to form zavvi. In 2009 he left that business to join US hair and beauty group Sally as UK finance director where he stayed until retiring in 2015.

Steve is now able to support a number of charities as Treasurer and is looking forward to working with the SES.
