“A Life of Adventure” by Colonel John Blashford-Snell OBE

Presentation of “A Life of Adventure” by Colonel John Blashford-Snell OBE, SES's Honorary President and the renowned explorer and founder of Operation Raleigh in support of The Over Wallop - They Also Served Project.

The Over Wallop - They Also Served Project, which aims to restore the pillars surrounding the Over Wallop War Memorial, so that they once again carry the names of parishioners who served, survived and returned to the village, at the end of the First World War, proudly presents:

Songs from the First World war, sung by the Wallops Amateur Singers and Performers, followed by John Blashford-Snell’s presentation.

7.00 pm on Saturday 7th April 2018

The event will take place in St Peter’s Church, Over Wallop, by kind permission of the Church wardens and the PCC.
