THE 2017 SES EXPLORER AWARDS - TUESDAY 11 MAY 2017

The SES welcomed over 200 guests at the SES Explorer Awards 2017 - the 'Oscars of Exploration' in May to enjoy an evening celebrating Exploration and Leadership and which was kindly hosted by the Royal College of Surgeons. The seven 'Pioneers with Purpose' were presented with their Awards, and SES Honorary Vice-President Rosie Stancer received the Hotung Medal - an Award created by long-time supporter of the Society H.E. Ambassador Eric Hotung, in recognition of her services to scientific exploration.
